Terms & Conditions

  1. Accommodation at the Hotel is reserved in advance from Digha &Kolkata Offices : Registered Office & City Booking Offices.
  2. Any sub-letting of the rented rooms, surfaces, or spaces for any purposes other than accommodation purposes is strictly prohibited.
  3. Tariff covers per day from 12 noon to 12 noon next or a part thereof. All rooms are fully furnished with bed and linens, attached bath with modern sanitary fittings. All rooms are fitted with Cable T.V and Intercom Systems. Tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available at an extra cost. Cooking and outside cooked food is not allowed in the Hotel Premises | Rooms.
  4. Guest above 05 years of age will be considered as an adult Guest.
  5. For any loss or damage of articles supplied, the cost thereof will be recouped from the occupiers as per price List available at the hotel counter.
  6. The customer does not acquire any claim for the availability of a particular room, unless the hotel confirmed the availability of a particular room.
  7. Full payment of accommodation charges are liable to be released against all advance bookings at the Hotel.
  8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of booking will be charged @ 25% and 50%) on total accommodation charges, if intimated before 48 hour and 24 hour respectively. (Holidays will be counted), otherwise full accommodation charges will be recouped.
  9. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Master & Visa cards) & Paytm. Accommodation charges paid in advance are refundable, subject to Clause 8.
  10. Extension of booking is allowed subject to availability of Rooms/ Suites.
  11. No articles including Bed Linens, Towels, and Chairs etc. should be taken outside the Hotel Campus.
  12. The rooms & hotel properties shall be kept in good shape, as is, when checked out & during your stay.
  13. The management reserves the right either to cancel or refuse the reservation without showing any reasons what so ever.
  14. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required during check- in for every adults.
  15. Relatives of guest are not allowed inside the Rooms/Suite after 10 PM
  16. The management does not accept any responsibility for any Cash, Jewelry, Cheque or other articles of value of the occupants.
  17. Pet Animals are allowed subject to prior permission from the management in specific rooms only.
  18. GST charges are applicable on accommodation & food sales.
  19. Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted at the Hotel.
  20. Please Demand Bill against each payment.
  21. Outside Food / Cooking is not allowed within the hotel premises or room
  22. Hotel Provides free car parking outside Hotel Premises. Company assumes no responsibility for loss & damage to vehicles.

Security & Non Confidentiality

  1. Hotel Sea Hawk, Digha does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to Hotel Sea Hawk, Digha. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to Hotel Sea Hawk, Digha is transmitted at your own risk.
  2. The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links, modules and all other information and software published or otherwise contained in the Site ("Information") are either owned exclusively by Sea Hawk(India) Private Limited or licensed by Sea Hawk(India) Private Limited and except as specifically provided in these Conditions may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written approval Sea Hawk(India) Private Limited. Without limitation you may not, without such approval from Sea Hawk(India) Private Limited, create derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialize any Information, products or services obtained from any part of the Site. Information procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party.
